A 29-year-old Modesto woman was arrested for DUI on Thursday after her boyfriend reported that she left in a car possibly while intoxicated.

Police were called at 10:13 p.m. about Angela Garnica, 29, of Modesto, driving off. She was found by police in the 2000 block of Columbard Way and given a breathalyzer test. She blew a 0.12 Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) reading. In California it's illegal to drive a car with a .08 percent BAC.
