A 25-year-old Tracy man was arrested Thursday evening and found to be driving in Ceres while under the influence.

At approximately 9:24 p.m., Ceres Police Officer Kyle Hatcher was on patrol near Heavenly Way and Blaker Road when he observed the driver of a Hyundai Tucson commit a California Vehicle Code violation. Officer Hatcher stopped driver Pedro Aragon, 25, of Tracy and observed signs of impairment and initiated a DUI investigation.

Aragon was eventually arrested for driving under the influence and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
