Marcos Ramos, 39, of Turlock, was arrested at the El Rematito Flea Market on Crows Landing Road on Sunday afternoon after he allegedly used his vehicle to ram another car on purpose.
Ceres Police officers were dispatched at 2:56 p.m. to the flea market where the allegedly intoxicated Ramos got into an argument with someone in the parking lot and rammed that person's car, said Ceres Police Department spokesman Sgt. James Yandell. As he was leaving the scene, Ramos struck two more cars in the parking lot but was detained by witnesses. Ramos was arrested and booked on charges of DUI, driving under the influence with a Blood Alcohol Concentration above .08 percent, assault with a deadly weapon, hit and run, and driving on a suspended license for DUI.
