David Blair, 42, of Twain Harte was arrested Saturday morning on a felony arrest warrant related to a narcotics charge.

At approximately 8:05 a.m., Officer Eric Souza was patrolling the 1200 block of Joyce Avenue when he spotted Blair near the 76 gas station at 1212 Joyce Ave. Familiar with Blair’s warrant, Officer Souza swooped in to make an arrest and booked Blair into the Stanislaus County Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
