Ross Christopher Bilson, 27, and Brittany Nicole Calhoun, 26, both of Ceres, will face shoplifting charges in connection with an incident at Walmart on Monday, April 20.

Ceres Police Department spokesman Sgt. Jose Berber said Calhoun was seen handing a pair of shorts to Bilson who stuffed them in the back of his pants. Calhoun was then seen concealing a bottle of soap in her purse. The pair went through the checkout stand to pay for other items and left the store without paying for the shorts, soap and other items valued at $63.39.

The arrests were made at 4:31 p.m.
