Victor Nazar, 33, of Modesto was arrested by Ceres Police on an arrest warrant after he was spotted milling around behind a closed business in the 1300 block of Hatch Road.

The arrest came at 9:17 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 3, when Officer Eric Souza spotted and recognized him as being wanted for arson. Nazar was arrested for the felony warrant and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
