Reports of a loud argument with his wife drew police to Morgan Manor Apartments early Friday and arrested a 39-year-old man who was wanted for felony vandalism. Jason Solomon was also found with drugs, which resulted in drug charges.

Ceres Police were called at 12:18 a.m. about the fight and when Officer Nicholas arrived he could hear screaming and crying coming from inside the residence of 1273 Tranquil Lane, Apt #8. The officer learned that Solomon had an active warrant for his arrest.

Officer Welsh located a glass meth pipe in Soloman’s front right pants pocket and two bindles containing suspected crystal meth in his front right coin pocket of his pants. Solomon admitted the items were his and said he has been using meth since December.

He was booked for possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and the felony vandalism warrant.
