Gabriela Alejo, 35, of Turlock, was cited and released Oct. 20 for shoplifting and possession of methamphetamine, and possession of a pipe used to smoke methamphetamine.
Alejo was detained in the Ceres Walmart store at 9:51 a.m. after she was caught stealing.
