Woman arrested for Fentanyl in car

 A Modesto couple was arrested early Wednesday, July 14 after a Ceres Police officer checked out a suspicious parked vehicle and found them with drugs.

At 12:04 a.m., Officer Jonathan Blount was sent to the 1900 block of Rockefeller Drive where a red Ford Mustang was parked behind commercial businesses. He found, Erica Foust, 35, and Tony Myers, 59, both of Modesto, inside the Mustang.

Foust was found to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest and asked to step out of the car and as she did so, she was holding a plastic bag containing suspected Fentanyl. Foust was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center on charges of possession of illegal narcotics.

Myers was issued a citation for possession of a glass pipe used to smoke narcotics and released at the scene.
