A 29-year-old Modesto woman was arrested Thursday at the noon hour after she not only exposed her breasts in front of Adkison Elementary School but also at a school staff member.

School Resource Officer Steve Carvalho was dispatched to Adkison Elementary School at 12:31 p.m. for reports of the woman exposing herself to people passing by near the school. When a school staff member spotted Shelley Ross just east of the school, Ross exposed herself to him and flipped him off.  Officer Carvalho arrested Ross on Nadine Avenue near Stonum Road. She was booked on a charge of indecent exposure and was found to have a Turlock Police Department warrant for her arrest.
