Ceres Community Thanksgiving dinner set

Families are invited to the fourth annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner event to be held from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 17 at the Ceres Community Center. The family style meal is hosted by the Center for Human Services (CHS) - Ceres Partnership in partnership with "champions" and local community businesses.

Reservations are required to attend by calling the Ceres Partnership at 541-0101.

The first seating will be at 5 p.m., the second at 7 p.m.
The Center for Human Services (CHS) is a local nonprofit organization providing services to youth and families throughout Stanislaus County. CHS operates Ceres Partnership, a family resource center that serves as a one-stop shop for families in need. Services include programs for school readiness for kids, parenting classes, emergency food and clothing assistance and counseling services.
