The Soroptimist International of Ceres recently honored Argus High School student Jocelyn Gonzalez Gutierrez as its “Girl of the Month.”

Jocelyn was selected as a remarkable student who demonstrates compassion and attentiveness in leadership class. Her observational skills allow her to notice when someone needs support, often stepping in to help before anyone has to ask. A quick learner with a natural curiosity, she excels in adapting to new challenges and gaining knowledge with ease. Guided by a strong moral compass, she exudes integrity and kindness, and inspires others with thoughtful actions and dedication to doing what is right.
