Ceres Mayor Javier Lopez will deliver his annual “State of the City” address on Thursday, March 26, the city has announced.

The address will begin at 12 noon inside the Ceres Community Center, 2701 Fourth Street.

The address typically gives the mayor a chance to highlight some of the city’s accomplishments over the past year and focus on future plans.

Lopez was elected mayor in November 2020 and re-elected in 2024. He recently dropped his candidacy for Congress.
