Alicia B. Hair-Conger
A funeral service was held Thursday at Allen Mortuary in Turlock for Alicia B. Hair-Conger, 26, of Turlock. She died Sept. 18 in a Waterford automobile accident.
Born in August 1983 in Modesto to Vickie Halladay and Brook Hair, Alicia enjoyed poetry, drawing and karaoke.
She leaves behind her husband, Zachary Conger of Turlock; her daughter, Lily Conger of Turlock; three sisters, Amber Hair of Modesto, and Sarah Hair and Rachel Hair, both of Ceres; her mother, Vicki Halladay of Manteca; her father, Brook Hair of Ceres; and her grandparents, Ilene and Herman Hair of Ceres.
