A funeral service was held Saturday at Lakewood Funeral Home for Aurora Flores, 79, of Hughson. She died Wednesday, June 29, 2005 at Doctors Medical Center in Modesto.
Burial was at Lakewood Memorial Park.
Born Aug. 13, 1925, Mrs. Flores was a native of Mexico and lived in Hughson for four years and previously lived in Ceres for 11 years. She was a teacher for 15 years. Mrs. Flores enjoyed crafts and cooking, and playing the piano.
She leaves behind three children, Manuel Flores, Rafael Flores and Maria Guerrero; two brothers, Hermillo Gonzalez and Hugo Gonzalez, both of Mexico; her sister, Bertha Gonzalez; and four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Adalberto Flores.
