A Celebration of Life will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday at Modesto Western Mobile Home Park, 4837 Faith Home Road, Ceres, for Betty Lou Absher, 74, of Ceres. She died July 26, 2012 in Modesto.
Mrs. Absher was born Aug. 9, 1937 in Paris, Ill., to Ina and Walter Vicars.
She leaves behind her husband of 57 years, To Absher; her children, Toby Absher, and Deborah Absher; her brother, Billy Vicars; and six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by son Harlan Absher, her parents, sister Sandra Speaks, and brother Joseph Vicars.
