A funeral Mass was held Tuesday at St. Jude's Catholic Church in Ceres for Diego Tovar, 32, of Ceres. He was the victim of a violent attack on Dec. 19, 2009 in Ceres
Eaton Family Funeral & Cremation Service was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Tovar was born Feb. 4, 1977.
He leaves behind his son, Elias Tovar; two brothers Ovidio Tovar and Cesar Tovar; three sisters, Mayra, Adriana and Erica; and his mother, Elvia.
