A funeral Mass was held Friday at St. Jude's Catholic Church in Ceres for Herlindo Vasquez, 89, of Ceres. He died June 11, 2011.

Burial was at Ceres Memorial Park under the direction of Eaton Family Funeral Home.

Mr. Vasquez was born Feb. 3, 1922.

He leaves behind his wife, Oliva Vasquez; eight children, 30 grandchildren and seven greatt-grandchildren.
