Services were held Monday at Lakewood Funeral Home for Hubert H. Fritschy, 84, of Ceres. He died Jan. 12, 2008 after battling a long illness.

Mr. Fritschy was born May 30, 1923.

He leaves behind his family, Wayne and Lavonne, Bruce and Barbara; and five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
