Graveside services were held Friday at Ceres Memorial Park for James Leon Ledford, 89, of Ceres. He died Jan. 29, 2009.
The Ceres Chapel of Franklin & Downs was in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Ledford was born Jan. 17, 1920.
He leaves behind his wife, Ernestine Ledford of Ceres; three children, Michael, Marty Jr., and Claudia; three stepchildren, Sharon Haarsma, Johnnie Haarsma and Jeffery Haarsma; and four grandchildren, Carrie, Sarah, Emilie and John.
Remembrances may be sent to Community Hospice, 4368 Spyres Way, Modesto, CA 95356; or to Central Valley Christian Academy in Ceres.
