Karen Colson

Born Dana Karen Young in Concord and preceded in death by her father Connie E. Young and mother Rosella M. Anderson. Survived by her companion Ron Hertz of 18 years, Sister Connie S. Ontiveros, Brother Richard E. Young, 4 nieces and 2 nephews.

Karen graduated from Ceres High School in 1965. She retired after 20 years as a school bus driver with the Lodi Unified School District. She loved her family, enjoyed traveling and lived life it to the fullest.

Interment will be at Ceres Memorial Park, 1801 East Whitmore Ave., Ceres, on Friday, Sept. 15 at 10 a.m.

In lieu of flowers please make donations in Karen's name to either the American Cancer Society or San Joaquin Hospice.
