A graveside service will be at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at Ceres Memorial Park for Leona H. Collings Crawford, 90, of Modesto. She died Saturday, Sept. 4, 2004 at Evergreen Convalescent Hospital.

Franklin & Downs Colonial Chapel is in charge of arrangements.

Born Jan. 1, 1914, Mrs. Crawford was a native of Ada, Okla., and lived in Ceres, Livingston and the Modesto area for 65 years. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church. Mrs. Crawford was a seamstress and cook, and enjoyed knitting and gardening.

She leaves behind two children, Lynn Muratore and Ed Crawford, both of Modesto; six brothers, Murray Collings, Earl Collings and Gene Collings, all of Oklahoma, Chuck Collings of Sacramento, Kenneth Collings of Clovis and Ted Collings of Grizzly Flat; and eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman W. Crawford; and children, Lindle Crawford, Mittie Bertallotto, Bob Collings and Doug Collings.
