Franklin & Downs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements for Margie Morine Bisby, 95, of Ceres. She died on August 18, 2012 in Ceres.
Margie was born in Tyler, Texas on March 25, 1917 and has been a resident of Ceres for the past 72 years. She worked for several years at the drive-in movie theaters in Ceres, Keyes, Modesto and Turlock. She started working the snack bar and eventually moved into management. Margie enjoyed crocheting and quilting in her spare time. Mrs. Bisby also enjoyed fishing and looked forward to her yearly trip to Lake Tahoe.
She leaves behind her daughter, Shirley Langley of Ceres; and her eight grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by daughters Barbara Harcrow and Pearline O'Reilly.
