A graveside service was held Friday at Ripon Cemetery for Mary Jean Black, 86, of Modesto. She died Jan. 23, 2010.
Deegan Ripon Memorial Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
Born April 1, 1923, Mary Jean was a long time resident of the Modesto-Ceres area. She moved to the area with her husband and three kids in 1954.
She leaves behind her husband of 66 years, Robert Black of Modesto; her sons, Gary Black of Redding, and Keith Black and Michael Black, both of Modesto; and five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
