Services were held Saturday at Lakewood Funeral Home for Nunjo Kaur Dosanjh, 82, of Ceres. She died Aug. 13, 2011at home surrounded by her family, following a 13-month battle with cancer.
Born June 6, 1929 in Punjab, India, Nunjo immigrated to America in 1969.
She leaves behind her husband of 64 years, Jarnail Singh Dosanjh of Ceres; her children, Bupinder Dosanjh and Rani Dosanjh-Dulai; her sisters, Parkash Kaur Dosanjh and Rattani Kaur Dosanjh; her brother, Satwant Singh Sanghera; her five grandchildren Hurpreet Dosanjh, Diljeet Dosanjh-Taylor, Nina Dosanjh-Dha, Davinder Dosanjh and Arjun Dulai; her three great-grandchildren, Nimrita Dosanjh, Taj Dosanjh Taylor, and Avi Naranjan Taylor.
