Services were held on Thursday at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home for Salvador "Sal" John Peral III, 36, of Atwater. He died August 16, 2007 in Merced.
Burial was Saturday at Calvary Cemetery in Merced.
Born March 7, 1971 Mr. Peral was born March 7, 1971 in Los Angeles. He loved to spend time with family and his dog, "Chippers." He enjoyed traveling, shopping and riding in limousines.
He leaves behind his father, Salvador C. Peral Sr., of Ceres; his brothers, Adrian Torres of Merced, Salvador Peral of Ceres, Oscar Peral of Modesto, Fernando Peral of Arizona, Rodrigo Peral of Ceres and Hugo Peral of Turlock; five sisters, Leticia Medina of Merced, Martha Peral of Ceres, Patricia Puga of Hughson, Maria Angelica Ramirez of Turlock and Elizabeth Peral of Turlock; and 25 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Esther Rocha.
