A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday at Cross Point Community Church, 1301 12th Street, Modesto, for Timothy C. Cone, 46, of Ceres. He died July 5, 2010 after battling cancer.
Eaton Family Funeral & Cremation Service was in charge of arrangements.
Born Nov. 4, 1963 in Fresno, Tim grew up in various places, including Oregon. He attended a police academy and trade schools and was previously an interstate truck driver. Mr. Cone most recently finished his certified medical assistant externship with Dr. Kerry Evnin in Ceres. He lived in the Ceres-Modesto area for approximatelly 10 years. Tim was a member of First Baptist Church of Modesto (now called Cross Point Community Church). He loved the Lord Jesus and was an avid golfer and enjoyed X box and fantasy football.
He leaves behind his wife of nine years, Angelica "Angie" Tellez of Ceres; his daughter, Rebecca Cone of Oakdale; his parents, Karon and David Cone of Visalia; and his parents-in-law Ricardo and Silvia Tellez.
