A Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church for Velma "Val" F. Dallangelo Bradley, 77, of Turlock. The former Hughson woman died Saturday, April 23, 2005 at Emanuel Medical Center.

Burial was at Turlock Memorial Park.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday at Allen Mortuary, with the vigil at 7 p.m.

Born July 27, 1927, Mrs. Bradley was a native of Crows Landing and lived in Turlock and Hughson much of her life. She was a banker for 55 years and had worked at Wells Fargo Bank in Turlock for 15 years. Mrs. Bradley graduated from Turlock High School in 1945. She was a member and officer in the Stanislaus County Swiss Club, and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and the Young Ladies Institute. Mrs. Bradley enjoyed gardening, sports and travel.

She leaves behind four children, Mike Bradley of Merced, Scott Bradley of Ceres, and Denise Soares and Jill Bradley, both of Turlock; and 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, James M. Bradley of Turlock.
