A funeral service was held Friday at the Ceres Chapel of Franklin & Downs for Wallace D. Trevino, 64, of Ceres. He died Sept. 9, 2007 at his home.
Burial was at Ceres Memorial Park.
Born March 28, 1943, Mr. Trevino was a native of Phoenix, Ariz. He lived in Ceres and was a mechanic with the Operating Engineers Local for 30 years. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Mr. Trevinp loved his children and grandchildrens and enjoyed barbecues with his family and friends.
He leaves behind his wife, Leatha Trevino of Ceres; four children, Rachel Trevino of Modesto, Henry Trevino of Ceres, Roberta Trevino of Novato, and Marina Trevino of Novato; two step-sons, Rick Duran of Novato and Wallace Duran of Santa Rosa; his step-daughter, Jenny Banks of Sacramento; his sister, Ramona Trevino; four brothers, Eli Trevino, Tony Trevino, Jonny Trevino and David Trevino; and 12 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
