Funeral arrangements are being arranged through Lakewood Funeral Home for William "Bill" D. Reynolds Jr., 45, of Modesto. He died Aug. 23, 2010 in Doctors Medical Center in Modesto.
Born March 16, 1965 in Newport News, Va., Bill was raised in Ceres where he attended Ceres schools and graduated from Ceres High School in 1983. At the time of his death, Mr. Reynolds was studying at Modesto Junior College to earn his degree in counseling. Bill attended Oasis Christian Church in South Modesto and enjoyed volunteering for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI).
He leaves behind his mother, Sue Reynolds of Ceres; three sons, Duncan "D.J." Reynolds of Ceres, Mark Reynolds of Modesto, and Michael Reynolds of Germany; his sister, Lynda Reynolds of Turlock; his fiance; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father William Reynolds Sr.
