Services were held at Lakewood Memorial Park for Zenta Van Dykhuizen, 85, of Ceres. She died March 30, 2009 in Raleigh, N.C.
Born June 28, 1923 in Wrist, Germany to Gustav and Martha Schramm of Germany, Zenta came to the United States in 1949.
She leaves behind her son, Gilbert S. Van Dykhuizen; her brother, Gunther Schramm of Germany; and two grandsons, Tyler Ryk Van Dykhuizen and Jared Case Van Dykhuizen. She was preceded in death by husband Gerard Van Dykhuizen and son Eric Van Dykhuizen.
