I want to thank the Ceres Street Faire Committee, Mike Borges and Ceres Police Department for letting me pass out spay/neuter and trap/neuter/return information at the Ceres Street Faire.
Too many people in the city of Ceres don't spay/neuter their dogs and cats and this needs to change. Not spaying or neutering your pets is cruel and extremely costly to the taxpayers in Ceres.
Anyone wanting information about spay/neuter or T/N/R, please contact me ((209) 404-8283).
Thank you again for giving me this opportunity to educate Ceres residents about S/N and T/N/R.
