BK waters every day
a-letter-envelope-5

Editor, Ceres Courier,

A few articles ago, a writer named Ruben Cruz wrote about school watering their lawns.

Well, I moved to Ceres eight months ago and have noticed, every day, Blaker Kinser Junior High School waters their lawn. Now that is not right. If we, the people, have to obey the law of the land, I think schools and state offices should be cutting back and controlling their meters also.

What is wasted is running water on the concrete and the street's getting watered. What a waste. And that's why the homeowners get only two days a week.

Ceres
