Harder wants to end private health insurance
Letters to Editor

Editor, Ceres Courier,

I think everyone should know that Rep. Josh Harder wants to end all private medical insurance.

Never mind that about 65 percent of Americans like their private health insurance, according to a 2016 Gallup poll, Harder thinks he’s smarter than the rest of us.

He supports “Medicare for All,” the draconian government takeover of medicine that would end all private health insurance in the entire United States

Because of Harder and other Democrats, hundreds of millions of people stand to lose their health insurance, unless Republican Ted Howze (who’s running against Harder), President Trump and other Republicans are elected.

The Harder-supported, socialist “Medicare for All” act would destroy all freedom of choice in the health care insurance industry.

Here’s what the New York Times wrote on March 23, 2019 about the Democrat plan, saying, “doing away with an entire industry (the health care industry) would also be profoundly disruptive.

“The private health insurance business employs at least a half million people, covers about 250 million Americans, and generates roughly a trillion dollars in revenues.”

Voters should say no to Harder and yes to freedom of choice in medicine.
