Editor, Ceres Courier,
When a person is put in a position where they must choose between their medicine or food, it’s time to lower drug prices.
When a person could lose their home due to the price of their life sustaining drugs, it’s time to lower drug prices.
When a person cannot send their child to college because they must pay for needed drugs, it’s time to lower drug prices.
When a person cuts their dosage to make their drug last longer, it’s time to lower drug prices.
It is a disgrace that the USA pays more for drugs – most developed in the USA – than any other country in the world. I see it a proof positive that our government has been bought and paid for by big pharma.
Our representatives must find the courage to stand up to big pharma and lower drug prices.
