Editor, Ceres Courier,

I never write to newspapers, but wanted to express my condolences for the loss of your wife. I remember first reading that she was sick and then her about her death. Even though I didn't know her I felt a sadness for her, you, and your children. Your articled in today's newspaper was very touching. Not everyone leads a great life and leaves a positive legacy, but I believe that is exactly what Karen Benziger did.

I will keep you and your family in my thoughts and prayers.
