I am endorsing Planning Commissioner Hugo Molina for a seat on the Ceres City Council because he deserves a promotion.
I sat on the Ceres Planning Commission with Mr. Molina and have watched him grow in his commitment to the city and its citizens. Hugo learned valuable knowledge and will be able to bring that to the council when elected. It has been some time since the council has had a business owner take a seat on the city council and his business sense will be a part of helping guide the city with economic growth that is needed. I trust Hugo's judgment and although we did not always agree on some decisions, I truly believe he has had the best interest of Ceres in heart.
