Maybe President Trump should try some of Gov. Jerry (Moonbeam) Brown's antics to pass bills. Give $600 million to two Democrats in San Diego to satisfy them and $400 million to the Republican in Ceres for ACE rail to please him and get yes votes from all three to succeed in passing the gas tax.

Jerry Brown has blown all of our infrastructure money elsewhere, so now we have to play catch up out of our pockets.

Another antic is to go ballistic about LA burning down, disease, and death to climate change to get the cap -and-trade law extended.
