Editor, Ceres Courier,

I am not sure to whom I should be directing this letter but realize the Ceres Courier is a great means of communication from the public to the proper governmental organization.
I speak of the recent clean-up completes by Caltrans of the southbond onramp onto Highway 99. It has been such an eyesore for much too long and I would like to thank whoever was responsible for getting the job done.

Perhaps now we can once again be just a little prouder of our surroundings and not litter our streets,
Once again, thanks to whoever caused the cleanup to happen.
