Ceres High grinded out a 69-64 win in overtime on Friday, ending the Tigers' 13-game unbeaten streak.
"It was a great effort by the kids," Bulldogs head coach Brian de la Porte said.
The second-place Bulldogs (13-11, 6-4) spoiled Patterson's homecoming.
The loss dropped the Tigers (20-5, 9-1) into a first-place tie with Central Catholic in the Western Athletic Conference standings.
Ceres High squandered a nine-point lead while losing 68-63 to visiting Patterson on Jan. 11.
"Our confidence was high," de la Porte said. "We knew we could play with them. We let them off the hook at our place."
The Bulldogs had four players score in double figures against Patterson during last week's rematch, including Garcia (12), Jimbo Pernetti (19), Harman Chung (15) and Caden Johnson (10).
Reyes, Terry Brogdon and Junior Garcia chipped in with six, four and three points, respectively.
Cariaun Williams paced the Tigers with 16 points.
Keegan Sanchez added 13 points.
Skylar Job scored 10 points.
Jordan Levu was limited to just six points.
"That's the first good team we've beaten all year," de la Porte said. "The kids were ready."
The Bulldogs raced out to an 11-2 lead in the first quarter. Down 24-19 at halftime, Patterson outscored Ceres High 41-36 in the second half.
Chung accounted for the game-tying basket with 13 seconds left in regulation.
The Bulldogs delivered the knockout blow after falling behind 62-60 in overtime. Ceres High outscored Patterson 9-2 the rest of the way.
"We kept our composure," de la Porte said. "We just battled. It was a heck of a game."
Ceres High will close out the WAC season this week with games against visiting Los Banos (Wednesday) and host Central Valley (Friday). Both games will get underway at 7:30 p.m.
