Talent and depth helped lift Ceres High's varsity boys swim program past Central Valley this past week.

The Bulldogs secured a second-place finish in the Western Athletic Conference dual-meet standings with a 100-6 victory against the Hawks on Thursday.

Ceres High amassed a 4-1 record.

Fifth-place Central Valley had an 0-5 mark.

Bulldog Elliott Lewis took first in the 50 free and 100 breast against the Hawks.

Ryan Baranski took first in the 100 free and second in the 50 free.

Caravalho took first in the 100 back and second in the 100 fly.

Mark Razo took first in the 100 fly and second in the 100 breast.

Jacob Backman took first in the 200 free and third in the 100 breast.

Kenneth Arroyo took second in the 100 free and third in the 100 back.

Case Broumas took second in the 100 back and third in the 100 free.

Will Emmons took second in the 200 free and third in the 100 fly.

Angel Alvarado took third in the 200 free.

Cruz Fee took third in the 50 free.

The shorthanded Hawks competed with a three-person lineup.

Andy Jacinto took fourth in the 50 free and 100 free.

Jesus Rosalez took fifth in the 50 free and 100 free.

Miguel Lindoro took sixth in the 50 free and 100 free.

Central Valley had no entries in six individual events (200 free, 200 IM, 100 fly, 500 free, 100 back and 100 breast) and all three relays (200 medley, 200 free and 400 free).
