Ceres High's and Central Valley's girls cross country programs spent part of their Saturday in Angels Camp.
The Bulldogs and Hawks competed at the Sac-Joaquin Sub-Section Meet.
Dana Miranda led Central Valley's varsity girls during the Division-2 race.
Miranda placed 115th with a time of 23 minutes, 51 seconds on the 3-mile Frogtown Course.
Emily Curiel (27:50) and Rocio Villasenor (30:00) took 148th and 158th, respectively.
Ceres High's varsity girls competed in Division 3.
Brisa Gonzalez led the Bulldogs.
She placed 80th (24:22).
Maria Diaz (24:51) and Cristina Arreola (26:24) took 87th and 102nd, respectively.
Destiny Suarez, Joanna Torrez, Marissa Prestia and Deborah Vasquez helped lead Ceres High's frosh-soph girls to a ninth-place finish (222) in Division 3.
Suarez took 14th with a time of 15:08 on the 2-mile course.
Torrez (17:10), Prestia (18:27) and Vasquez (21:35) placed 49th, 76th and 95th, respectively.
Central Valley's frosh-soph girls finished 18th (492) in Division 2.
Aryanna Jimenez took 88th (16:36).
Vanessa Contreras (17:11), Kelsy Naranjo (17:55), Ketzia Naranjo (19:51) and Liliana Cruz (22:45) placed 109th, 132nd, 169th and 187th, respectively.
Ceres High junior-varsity girls member Gricelda Ramirez finished 75th (34:28) in Division 3-4-5.
