Head coach Casey Paulino had a message for Ceres High’s varsity boys wrestling team following its 67-12 Western Athletic Conference dual-meet loss to visiting Pacheco on Jan. 8 at Phil de la Porte Gymnasium.

“If you can’t learn from your mistakes, you’re never going to do better,” he said.

The Bulldogs dropped to 2-2 in the WAC standings.

Ceres High lost 12 of the dual’s 14 individual matches to Pacheco.

The Panthers racked up 36 points on six forfeits.

The Bulldogs didn’t have any wrestlers compete at 106, 113, 120, 132, 138 and 170 pounds.
