Ronald Marcos, 61, was spotted in the 1300 block of Hatch Road by Ceres Police Officer Gloria Blakeslee at 9:17 a.m. the day after Christmas and decided to speak to him. A records check showed Marcos had outstanding felony warrants for his arrest. He was arrested and booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center.
