The estranged husband of a Ceres apartment complex resident was arrested Friday after he allegedly threw a brick through her window causing extensive damage.

Police were called at unit #116 of the apartments at 1301 Richland Avenue where they found James Walker, 28, of Hayward. He was arrested for felony vandalism.
