Car stop for no lights leads to felony warrant arrest

A Wednesday evening, March 2 stop of a white Dodge van driven without any operating lights on Service Road ended with the arrest of its driver who was found to have a felony warrant for his arrest issued by the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department.

At 11 p.m. Officer Jonathan Blount stopped the van at El Camino Avenue and Service Road, which was driven by Sean Davis, 41, of Ceres.

He was booked into the Stanislaus County Public Safety Center and his vehicle was impounded.
