An 18-year-old Ceres man was arrested by Ceres Police Saturday morning after reports that he was driving recklessly with a female who was screaming.

Elijah Castillo was arrested for DUI.

Reports were phoned into Ceres Police dispatch at 4:50 a.m. about a reckless driver in the area of E. Service and Mitchell roads in a silver Honda Accord. The car was last seen headed westbound on Service Road with a female passenger who was screaming.
