A 20-year-old Modestan was cited into the court system on Thursday evening for spinning donuts in an industrial park in Ceres.

Police were called at 10:46 p.m. about the illegal activity near a loading dock of a business in the 1900 block of Rockefeller Drive. Officer Kiashaira Ruiz arrived and saw a black Honda spinning donuts with others watching and taking pictures. She cited Kalins Ovrahi-Chamaki, 20, of Modesto, for reckless driving.
