Timothy Herrera, 23, of Denair was arrested Saturday evening for DUI and an outstanding warrant after he was stopped for swerving down southbound Mitchell Road near Roeding Road.

At 10:49 p.m., Officer Brian Chandler was following Herrerra’s vehicle which was having difficulty maintaining the center of the lane. Herrerra was pulled over at Don Pedro Road where he failed a DUI investigation and his blood alcohol content was found to be twice the legal limit.
