James Washington, 34, of Modesto, was arrested and booked for possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was stopped in a motorhome on Friday evening for traffic violations at Hatch Road and Richland Avenue.

Officer Kiashira Ruiz pulled over Washington at 11:16 p.m. and found the driver to be on probation. She searched him and found a baggie of methamphetamine and a meth pipe in his pocket.

Another charge he faces is for violating the terms of the Post Release Control and Supervision (PRCS) program.
